With our Gold Support Plan you receive similar benefits to that of our Platinum plan for only a 4 hour per week commitment. Locked-in rates for up to 3 years, regularly scheduled visits by one of our engineers, and additional onsite visits or remote support, when required, within a four-hour window from the time of your request.
This plan is ideal for organisations, with their own servers on site, who wish to cap and control I.T. support costs and take advantage of reduced hourly rates. This plan provides for professional proactive and reactive support services as well as actively managed services. Example: 5-10 staff members with 1-2 servers on site. Users mainly require support during normal business hours.
